Amber brings 20+ years of experience as a trusted legal advisor to her role as strategy architect and general counsel.
Before joining the Soane companies, Amber was a partner at Goodwin, a top-ranked global law firm, advising companies and investors in various strategic transactions and corporate operations as Goodwin’s Fintech group co-chair. During her years at Goodwin, Amber served as primary external legal counsel for the extensive portfolio of Soane-founded companies.
Amber then transitioned from her position as outside counsel to become both general counsel and strategic advisor for Soane Technologies, Soane Materials, and Carbogenesis.
Amber has been named a “Super Lawyers Rising Star” and a “Top Woman in the Law.”
She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, where she was awarded the Gold Medal in Economics & Political Science. She also spent a semester abroad at the School of Business and Economics at Universiteit Maastricht.
