Non-Toxic, Super Effective, Biodegradable Absorbency Products
Paper products, desiccants, and sanitary absorption products each contain absorption additives that are harmful to our environment or take decades to biodegrade. Some of these additives include polyacrylamide, sodium polyacrylate (superabsorbing polymer, SAP), and polyethyleneimine. SAP beads are the main absorption polymer in diapers, take 450 years minimum to decompose, and even then, can decompose into toxic byproducts. Soane Swell’s alternative absorptive material is readily biodegradable and home compostable.
